OUR INFORMATION SYSTEM
Our ERP is developed in-house by our IT team which is known for its performance and reactivity. It has been externally validated and we have set up a periodic validation system based on the systematic recording and evaluation of all developments and possible anomalies. We develop our system in full independence, without any restriction to satisfy all our customers' requests in a very short time.
Our IT system is connected to the main ERP systems on the market.
We offer our customers a customized and secured portal to monitor in real-time the activities carried by SERVIPHAR (prepared orders, shipment tracking, stock level and traceability of batches, release of quarantined batches)
We have implemented a system to ensure the protection and confidentiality of our customers' data.
